Cleaning & Maintenance
Smooth surface and the dough will not stick to the rolling pin. Both ends tapered are easy to clean.Simply rinse with water or wipe with a damp cloth, then dry. We have been coated with mineral oil before packaging, and we still recommend coating mineral or olive oil 1-2 times a month to make the wood grain more textured.
