Kitchen utensils contain spoon ,turner ,ladle,spatula,skimmer,spaghetti fork,cutting board,tray ,rolling pin and so on.Person care products contain massage hair brush and hair curl brush.
Q3:How to proceed with the sample before placing larger order?
A3:For customized products,please provide design file to us.It will takes about 1week time for making samples.Our Sample department will dispatch sample to check the quality on customer DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT account.
Q4:How to proceed with the order if I have logo to print?
A4:We accept customized logo for printing.
We will make sample according to your design file and take photo for your first check and then send samples to you for final confirmation.
Q5:How do we guarantee quality?
A5:We will do quality testing before the bulk production, there is a strict quality control system and quality checks at multilevel of production.
Besides, we always request our customers to inspect the goods before shipping.
Q6:What is the normal lead time?
A6:For stock items, we will deliver goods to you within 10-15 days after receiving your payment.
For customized products, the delivery time is 35-50 days after receiving your payment.
